BB1600 EquaHeat Electric or Canned Fuel Heated Banquet Cart 150 Plate Capacity - 120V 1PH Banquet carts are a dime a dozen except for Carter-Hoffman's BB1600. Each unit is constructed of 20 guage stainless steel polished exterior with 24 guage stainless steel interior. The BB1600 offeres (3) shelves measuring 58" x 22 1/8" with a spacing of 16 1/2". Concerned about heat loss fear not our BB1600 is wrapped around in 1" thick fiberglass insulation all over except for the top which is 1 1/2" thick. Our unit is standard in 120 Volt 60 hertz single phase. We only run a total of 13.7 amps with 1650 watts of heating capability. The BB1600 features a drawer capable of holding (2) cans of fuel allowing for perfect holding temp during transport. The BB1600 is able to achieve a max temperature of 200°F and up to 160°F within 20 minutes. Each heating module is able to remove from the top of the cabinet without tools making this easy to clean daily.
