Crown Steam, SXN-4_10KW_208V_1PH, Counter Steamer

The SXN-4 is a counter convection steamer with an electric steam generator, certified by c-CSA-us and NSF. Constructed with #4 finish 304 stainless steel, it features a one-piece welded 316 stainless steel cooking chamber with coved corners. The door has a removable inner liner with a full perimeter gasket seal, an outer welded stainless steel liner, and a positive lock and seal mechanism. The steamer includes removable stainless steel pan supports and adjustable leveling feet. The control housing is made from stainless steel with a full-access removable panel. The controls include an illuminated three-way power switch (On/Off/De-lime), pilot ready light, pilot cooking light, and a 60-minute timer with an audible alarm at the end of the cooking cycle. Steam flow to the chamber is interrupted when the door is opened and reactivated when the door is closed. Standard features include a de-liming port at the rear of the generator, de-lime mode power setting, automatic blowdown valve, solid-state liquid level controls, and split water connections for easy hookup to a water treatment system (included). The steamer can be mounted flush to the countertop or on 4” (102 mm) legs, and may also be stacked with a stacking kit.
