DL12DP Dough Sheeter Two Diagonal Rollers, 12" Diameter Maximum Capacity - 120V, 1PH, Proudly manufactured in Italy. The DL12DP is equipped double pass with two rollers the largest measuring 12",allowing the operator to sheet up to a 12" product. Designed with a 1/2 HP motor and adjustable rollers allowing a finished finished thickness ranging from 1/32" to 5/32" of an in. Unit ships standard with a (2) year parts and (1) year labor warranty. Each teflon roller is encased ina heavy duty guard helping keep the operators fingers safe and away from harm. The smallest foot print compact design perfect for saving on labor withouth taking up the unnecessary space in the smallest kitchen, food truck, concession stand, and more. Simple to operate, turn on, insert room temp dough with a AR% of 50-60% and feed through and the machine does all the work. Equip with the optional foot pedal for extra safety. Allows the operator to engage the rollers only when in use, ensuring best kitchen practise. Each roller features a stainless steel scraper allowing rollers to stay cleaner between use, and simply remove the covers, and brush down the rollers or vacuum at the end of night keeping your machine operating for years to come.
